How do I delete my account and all my data?
Open the app → ··· menu → Manage Data → Delete My Account. This permanently removes all your workout data and your account link. The action is immediate and cannot be undone.
My workouts aren't syncing across devices. What should I do?
Make sure you're signed in with the same Google account on both devices and that you have an active internet connection. Try opening ··· → Manage Data → Update App to force a fresh sync.
I accidentally deleted a workout. Can it be recovered?
Unfortunately no — deletions are permanent and we do not retain backups of individual workouts. This is why we recommend exporting your data regularly via ··· → Manage Data → Download CSV.
Is ShaRPE really free? Are there any hidden costs?
Yes, completely free. No subscription, no ads, no paywalled features. If you'd like to support development, there's an optional tip in the app — but it's entirely voluntary.
Can I import data from another workout app?
Yes. Go to ··· → Manage Data → Import Data. You'll need a CSV file with the correct 14-column format. Tap the ⓘ icon in the import section for the full spec and accepted date formats.
